Oliver Nicolls

Oliver Nicolls was the Commander-in-chief of Bombay from 22 January 1801 till 1808. Known for his questionable moral behaviour in the completion of an MSc at Imperial College, 'Nichol' rose to fame as a prolific cannon in the 19th century.
